Tina's passion for real estate led her to co-found the Espersen Woodhull Group at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She wanted to create a team that treats clients like family, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the entire process. She believes in the Power of Property and strives to Empower her Clients.

 

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and living over 15 years in Southern California has given Tina a great outlook on what California living is all about. Thousand Oaks, California, is a great place to live and work, which is why Tina, her husband, and their children chose to call it home over five years ago.

 

Real estate is a passion for Tina, which is why she made the leap from working in Television Production Management to Real Estate. The experience she gathered working in the high-paced, ever-evolving world of live event television is vital to her role as a real estate agent. Honing her abilities to problem-solve on the spot in a high-pressure environment, managing high-end client relationships, negotiating terms, and organizational and multi-tasking skills, all while keeping the mentality of the 'show must go on,' has given Tina a tenacious work ethic with integrity as her cornerstone. These qualities she feels are essential to every real estate agent. Tina's drive is to help her clients reach their current home goals while always having their future growth goals in mind.
